The Nokia G42 5G is soon expected to launch globally and has been listed on a Dutch e-commerce website, revealing its price and specifications. The smartphone features a 6.56-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 480+ SoC.

Notably, the Nokia G42 5G may come equipped with Nokia’s “QuickFix” technology, designed to facilitate easier teardowns and replacements of the screen or battery for users. Key highlights of the phone include a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel selfie camera, and a 5,000mAh battery.

The phone’s listing on a Danish retail website, Fotex, which has since been removed, revealed a price of DKK 1,999 (approximately Rs. 24,100). The RAM and storage variants are currently unknown, and the phone is available in Lavender and Meteor Grey color options. Nokia is reportedly offering a three-year manufacturer warranty for the device.

According to the listing, the Nokia G42 5G is expected to run on the Android 13 operating system and feature a 6.56-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display will likely incorporate a waterdrop-style notch to accommodate the selfie camera. The e-commerce listing suggests that the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 480+ SoC, offering up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

One of the notable features of the Nokia G42 5G is its QuickFix repairability, allowing users to replace the battery, charging port, and screen themselves with the help of repair guides, tools, and parts from iFixit.

In terms of camera capabilities, the Nokia G42 5G is listed to sport a triple camera setup on the rear, featuring a 50-megapixel main sensor along with two 2-megapixel secondary sensors. For selfies, there could be an 8-megapixel front camera. The phone is expected to house a 5,000mAh battery with support for 20W fast charging.
