This router joins the Mi Mix in the list of things that were announced by Xiaomi at CES 2017. This is also sadly a China exclusive by the brand with no info available on when are they planning to go global.

The Mi Router HD is a capable 2600Mbps 802.11ac Wi-Fi router with 4×4 MU-MIMO functionality, four high-gain PCB array antennae, and Qualcomm IPQ8064 network processor. It also includes a choice of either 1TB or 8GB of surveillance quality hard drive that can be used for backing up your devices and syncing with your Dropbox account. All of this is protected in an aluminum alloy body.

The Mi Router HD will launch sometime in Q1 in China for under $200 for the 1TB version and under $500 for the 8TB version.
