Infinix launches its pocket-friendly smartphone in India named Infinix Smart 6 Plus (X6823C), the newest addition to the company’s Smart 6 series, featuring a big 5,000mAh battery and dual rear cameras on the back.

The smartphone comes at an introductory price of Rs. 7,999 and is set to go on sale in the country via Flipkart from August 3, 2022. The phone is being offered in three color options- Crystal Violet, Tranquil Sea Blue, and Miracle Black.
As for launch offers, SBI credit card users can get up to 10% (Rs. 750 max) instant off on the smartphone and 10% up to Rs. 1500 instant off on SBI credit card EMI transactions. Confirming the offers with the retailers while making the purchase is recommended as they are subject to change.

Infinix Smart 6 Plus features a 6.82-inch HD+ LCD IPS drop notch display with a 20.5:9 aspect ratio, 440 nits of peak brightness, and sports a mirror back design. The smartphone runs XOS 10.6 based on Android 12 (Go edition) and is powered by a 2.5GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 SoC paired with 3GB of RAM. To enhance the performance, it also packs an Extended RAM feature that when turned on reseves up to 3GB of storage as virtual RAM to free up space in actual physical RAM allowing users to do more.
For photography, the smartphone packs a dual rear camera setup consisting of an 8MP primary sensor with f/2.0 aperture coupled with an AI depth lense and dual LED flash. Rear camera features include AI HDR, Beautify, Portrait, Panorama, AR Shot, and Timelapse. On the front, there is a 5MP AI sensor with an f/2.0 aperture and dual LED flash.
The Infinix smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery for longer battery backup and offers 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded further up to 512GB via a dedicated microSD card slot. It’s a dual-SIM smartphone that accepts two Nano SIMs.
On the connectivity front, it’s a 4G smartphone with Bluetooth v5.0, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a MicroUSB port. Sensors on the smartphone include a G sensor, proximity sensor, and ambient light sensor. There is also a fingerprint sensor that comes mounted on the rear panel.
