LG has launched five new smartphones ahead of CES 2017 trade show which is set to be held in Las Vegas next year from January 2017. The newly launched smartphones include- 4 K-Series (K3, K4, K8, K10) smartphones and 1 Stylus 3 smartphone. The company is set to showcase all these smartphones in next year’s CES trade show.
All these mid-range smartphones will be available soon, claimed company. These smartphones features fingerprint sensor at the back and sports 120 degree wide angle lens embedded in front camera. The K series smartphones have been designed keeping in mind the diverse needs of people, said company. These smartphones are affordable, packed with lots of features, and sports premium design. LG haven’t revealed any pricing details for the new K Series and Stylus 3 smartphones yet.
Here are the specifications of all the K-Series smartphones:
LG K3: The smartphone sports 4.5-inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 MSM8909 processor. K3 features 1GB of RAM with 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded further up to 32GB via microSD card. In terms of camera, the smartphone sports 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front facing camera for selfies. It runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 operating system and is packed with 2100mAh battery. It’s a single SIM (Micro SIM) smartphone that supports 4G LTE network connectivity. Other connectivity options include- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and FM radio. Sensors on board LG K3 smartphone include- proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and accelerometer. It also sports fingerprint sensor on the rear side of the phone. It will be available in two color options- Metallic Titan and Pink Gold.
LG K4: The smartphone sports 5-inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) display with a pixel density of 192 ppi and is powered by 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 MSM8909 processor. K4 features 1GB LPDDR3 RAM with 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded further up to 32GB via microSD card. In terms of camera, the smartphone sports 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera for selfies. It runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 operating system and is packed with 2500mAh battery. It’s a single SIM (Micro SIM) smartphone that supports 4G LTE network connectivity. Other connectivity options include- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and FM radio. LG K8: It sports 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display with a pixel density of 294 ppi and is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 MSM8917 processor. K8 features 1.5GB LPDDR3 RAM with 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded further up to 32GB via microSD card. In terms of camera, the smartphone sports 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera for selfies. It runs on latest Android Nougat 7.0 operating system and is packed with 2500mAh battery. It’s a single SIM (Micro SIM) smartphone that supports 4G LTE network connectivity. Other connectivity options include- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, and FM radio. LG K10: The top model in K-Series (shown above) sports 5.3-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display with a pixel density of 277 ppi and is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor. K10 features 2GB LPDDR3 RAM and comes with 16GB/ 32GB internal storage variants. The storage on K10 can be expanded further up to 2TB via microSD card. In terms of camera, the smartphone sports 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera for selfies. It runs on latest Android Nougat 7.0 operating system and is packed with 2800mAh battery. It’s a single SIM (Micro SIM) smartphone that supports 4G LTE network connectivity. Other connectivity options include- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, and FM radio.
