Mukesh Ambani discussed everything about Reliance Jio services at the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the company. He now offcially launched the much awaited Reliance Jio SIM and the same will be available for all from September 5.
The billionaire, Reliance Industries Chairman, Mukesh Ambani announced that Jio will not charge users at all to make voice calls anywhere within India. Reliance Jio will offer world’s cheapest data plans. It will cost you only Rs.50 for 1GB 4G data, it’s 1/5th of what others are charging and users have been paying for. Those who use more than 75GB, they will get a price cut from Rs.50 to Rs.25 per GB.
You will now be able to enjoy all the services Reliance Jio is offering for free till December 31. “World over, operators charge only for data, not for calling and messaging. It’s essentially free. All voice calls within India will be free for all Jio customers,” said Mukesh Ambani. He also added “Jio, in this way, will fulfill digital India dream of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”
He also said that customers should only pay for just one service and according to it, he revealed the tariff plans starting from Rs.149/- to Rs.4,999/- per month. Here are the details, At Rs.149, Jio is offering 300MB of data for 28 days, at a price of Rs.499/- per month, users will get 4GB 4G data with unlimited use 4G data at night. Other plans includes :
Rs.999/- per month – 10GB of 4G data along with 20GB of Wi-Fi + Unlimited 4G at night
Rs.1,499/- per month – 20GB of 4G data along with 40GB of WiFi + Unlimited 4G at night
Rs.2,499/- per month – 35GB of 4G data along with 70GB of Wifi + Unlimited 4G at night
Rs.3,999/- per month – 60GB of 4G data along with 120GB of Wifi + Unlimited 4G at night
Rs.4,999/- per month – 75GB of 4G data along with 150GB of Wifi + Unlimited 4G at night
All the above tariff plans include unlimited voice calls, messaging and Jio app subscriptions – for streaming movies, music and live television worth Rs.1,250 – for free. Only 100 messages are free if you chose Rs.149/month plan. Students will need a valid ID for signing up to get extra 25 percent data on the tariffs.
Mukesh Ambani aim’s towards betterment of India and its people.
