Donald Trump: 45th President of United States, defeats Hillary Clinton

Republican Donald Trump has become the 45th President of United States by defeating Hillary Clinton. Trump gave his victory speech at his New York Headquarters. He said that Mrs. Clinton had called to congratulate him and she will not be speaking publicly this evening.

Trump took all the crucial states of Ohio, Florida, and North California.

Trump will be the 45th president of the United States. Trump, a real-estate developer and former reality-TV star, is the first person to win the presidency without having previously held public office or served in the U.S. military. Mike Pence, on the other hand, will be vice president. Pence was a longtime member of the House of Representatives and is now the Republican governor of Indiana.

“She congratulated us and I congratulated her on a very very hard fought campaign. W e owe her a major debt of gratitude for her services to the country,” said Trump on winning the Presidential race.

Trump said “I will be President for all Americans”. “We will always put America’s interests first and will deal with other countries and the people fairly,” included Trump.

“It’s time for us to come together as one united people,” said President Trump.

Donald Trump ended his victory speech by vowing to do a “great job” as President. “It’s been what they call a historic event. But to be really historic, we have to do a great job. And I promise you that I will not let you down,” he said.

John Podesta, Hillary Clinton campaign chairman, told Hillary’s supporters that she would not be speaking tonight. “You should get some sleep. We’ll have more to say tomorrow,” he said.
