Justin Bieber might be going to release his fourth studio album this November. The release date is still not confirmed but according to Billboard, Bieber’s next album is going to be released this November 13.
Bieber’s forthcoming single “What Do You Mean?” from his next album will be releasing August 28. Bieber already announced “What Do You Mean?” to be included in his upcoming album on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show last month and also described the song as “untempo” & “summery”. Bieber further described “What Do You Mean?” by saying “Girls are often flip-floppy. They say something and then they mean something else.” So that’s why he named the song “What Do You Mean?”
