Samsung officially launched Galaxy C9 Pro in China last year in October, priced at Yuan 3,199 (roughly Rs. 31,700 ) and the smartphone is set to finally make its way to the Indian market this month. According to a report, the Galaxy C9 Pro will be launched in the country on January 18. Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro India launch date was reported by Sammobile.
The Galaxy C9 Pro features a 6-inch (1080 x 1920 pixels) full-HD AMOLED display. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 SoC with four cores clocked at 1.95GHz and four at 1.4GHz. The device is bundled with 6GB of RAM, a first for the company.
It features a 16-megapixel camera on both the front and back. Both the rear and front cameras comes with an aperture of f/1.9. However, only the rear gets a dual-LED flash. The smartphone is offered with 64GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card.
The smartphone sports dual-SIM functionality (Nano+Nano) 4G LTE-enabled. Other connectivity options include – Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS, Glonass, Beidou, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
It also features a fingerprint scanner embedded inside the Home Button. The Galaxy C9 Pro is backed with a 4,000mAh battery with fast charging support. It measures 162.9 x 80.7 x 6.9mm and weighs in at 189g.
