HTC has launched its latest smartphone in India called HTC Desire 10 Pro at an event in New Delhi celebrating 10 years of establishment in India. The company has also unveiled recently launched smartphone HTC 10 Evo which will be available in India by the end of December 2016.

HTC Desire 10 Pro was launched along with HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle which was made available back in September at a price tag of Rs. 15,990. Now the company has launched its Desire 10 Pro featuring premium-looking design and matte body. It is available in four different color options- Stone Black, Polar White, Royal Blue (Shown in above picture), and Valentine Lux. The smartphone has been priced at Rs. 26,490 and will be available to buy from December 15 via all the authorized dealers and online stores.
Desire 10 Pro features 5.5-inch FHD IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 by 1920 pixels. The screen also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and a pixel density of 400ppi. It is powered by 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor which is paired with 4GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 2TB via MicroSD card. While the company had launched Desire 10 Pro globally in two variants- 3GB RAM & 32GB internal storage and 4GB RAM & 64GB internal storage.
The smartphone comes with 20MP rear camera with laser autofocus, a BSI sensor, an f/2.2 aperture, Auto HDR mode, and LED flash. On the other hand, it sports a 13MP front-facing camera with a BSI sensor, an f/2.2 aperture, built-in screen flash, selfie panorama, and self-auto timer. The phone also sports fingerprint sensor on the back to unlock the smartphone quickly. You can also use fingerprint sensor to unlock your locked apps.
It is packed with 3000mAh battery with fast charging support. The smartphone runs company’s Sense UI based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It’s a dual SIM (nano SIM) smartphone which comes handy with 4G LTE network. Othet Connectivity options include: GPS/ A-GPS, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, 3.5mm audio jack, and micro-USB 2.0. It also features BoomSound Stereo Speakers along with dual microphone with noise cancelation. Sensors on board Desire 10 Pro include- Ambient light sensor, Proximity sensor, Compass sensor, Sensor Hub, Motion G-sensor, Gyro sensor, and Magnetic sensor. Apart from all these above specifications, it comes with HTC Freestyle Layout and Boost+ function. With Freestyle Layout, you can drag icons, stickers and widgets anywhere. It also allows you to Layer them, overlap them, group them and more. You can even link stickers to apps, and get rid of onscreen icons entirely.
