Asus has launched another variant of the Zenfone Selfie series smartphone. It features diamond cut rear panel design that comes exclusively in Glacier Grey, Polygon Illusion diamond white, Illusion Smooth Pink, Illusion Polygon Blue, and Sheer Gold. Asus Zenfone Selfie will cost you Rs.12,999. The smartphone will be available on retail outlets September onwards. The phone is exclusively available on Amazon India.
Zenfone Selfie comes with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage and is expandable up to 128GB. The previous Selfie variant was priced at Rs.15,999 for 2GB RAM and 16GB storage and Rs.17,999 for 3GB RAM and 32GB storage and was expandable only up to 64GB. In its latest variant, Asus has reduced the price and has added some new features and the highlight of the phone is the diamond cut back panel. Apart from these updates, all other features of the new variant remain the same.
The phone is powered by 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor with Adreno 405 GPU. It sports 5.5-inch full HD (1080×1920) IPS display and comes with 13MP rear and front cameras. In addition to this, the rear camera features laser autofocus technology. The phone is 4G LTE enabled, runs on Android 5.0 lollipop with ZenUI and is packed with 3000mAh battery for non-stop gaming experience.
