Micromax Launched Vdeo 3, Vdeo 4 Smartphones With 4G VoLTE

Micromax last year launched a new Vdeo series of smartphones that it claims are designed popularise video calling among Indians. Micromax has expanded the line-up of its Vdeo series, the company has now launched its new Vdeo 3 and Vdeo 4 smartphones in India. 

Both Micromax Vdeo 3 and Vdeo 4 feature 4G VoLTE, just like Vdeo 1 and Vdeo 2, comes with Google Duo app pre installed for Video-calling. Both the smartphones are bundled with Reliance Jio SIMs. The new smartphones have been listed on the company’s website, however price and availability details are yet to be announced.

For specifications, both the smartphones runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. Both the smartphones support 4G VoLTE dual-SIM card slots. The company has not revealed full specifications for Vdeo 3, talking about the teaser page for the smartphone which reveals that the smartphone sports a 5-inch shatter-proof display protected by Gorilla Glass. The phone further features a brushed metal cover.




As for the Vdeo 4, Micromax has provided detailed specifications. The Vdeo 4 sports a 5-inch (720 x 1280 pixels) HD display and is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core Snapdragon 210 MSM8909 processor bundled with 1GB of RAM. It comes with 8GB of internal storage (4GB user accessible), which is further expandable up-to 32GB via microSD card.

The Vdeo 4 features an 8-megapixel rear camera with flash, and a 2-megapixel front facing camera. The smartphone is powered by a huge 4000mAh battery, which lasts for 24 hours of talktime as per company’s claims.

Connectivity options on Vdeo 4 includes – W-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB 2.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The smartphone comes with Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor, and a Gravity Sensor.
