Xiaomi introduced the new Mi box in its recent developer conference. Mi Box is the company’s first Android TV device that is capable of streaming 4K content.
Xiaomi Mi box has a sleek, innovative and a simple design. It runs on the latest Android TV 6.0 that supports Google Cast and voice controls and hence makes it easy to use. You can install as many apps and can keep yourself busy and entertained for hours watching shows from YouTube, Netflix, Vudu etc. or by playing games.
Now with Mi box, you just have to ask the TV for what you want. You have to speak into the voice remote control and Mi box will display the desired content. As simple as that!
Mi box also supports HDR. Now you can watch movies, shows, videos in detail like never before. It requires HDR TV & HDR enabled video content to play HDR content.
Mi box can handle up to 60 fps which is double in comparison of other set-top boxes. Mi box supports both Dolby Digital Plus and DTS multichannel HD audio encoding that makes the audio smoother, dynamic and more realistic.
