Intex Launched Aqua S2 With A Fingerprint Sensor

Indian Smartphone Manufacturer Intex has launched its cheapest smartphone Aqua S2 with a fingerprint sensor at the back. The Smartphone is priced at Rs. 4,990 and exclusively available in three color options, Champagne, White and Grey.

The smartphone is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core spreadtrum processor. The all new Intex Aqua S2 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The phone offers 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which is expandable upto 32GB via microSD card.




Intex Aqua features a 5-inch display with a resolution of 480×854 pixel. It’s a dual-SIM (Micro + Nano) smartphone which comes with a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies. The device is bundled with a 2,450 mAh battery and offers 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS as connectivity options.

Sensors on the phone include Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, and Ambient Light Sensor. The phone is available at all the authorized retailers across the country. You can also buy it online from Flipkart, Amazon, and other online retailers.
