There Will Not Be Any Nano GPS Chip (NGC) in Rs.2000 Notes

There are rumors all over that new Rs.2000 banknotes will have a NGC (Nano GPS Chip) for tracking purposes. These rumors are just rumors as there will not be any NGC in Rs.2000 banknotes. We have already posted all the features that new Rs.500 and Rs.2000 banknotes have. So, don’t believe in such rumors.

PM Narendra Modi addressed the nation on November 8 declaring that Rs.500 and Rs.1000 banknotes will no longer be valid and new Rs.500 and Rs.2000 banknotes will be issued.

You can deposit or exchange your existing Rs.500 and Rs.1000 banknotes by visiting your nearby bank from November 11 till December 30, 2016. You can learn more about the whole exchanging and depositing process by visiting here.
