Xiaomi to launch Mi6 in three different variations with two different chipsets

Xiaomi has been known for quite sometime now to provide flagship specs for dirt cheap prices bundled with great quality as well. Xiaomi Mi5 made quite a few heads turn because of its unique design, top notch specs and great camera. It was also one of the first devices to sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor. Now as the world is gearing up for next generation of flagships, rumors have also started to come in already regarding these upcoming smartphones.

Courtesy of a Weibo user, the rumored Xiaomi Mi6 smartphone will come in three different versions having two different kind of chipsets.

The first is supposed to come with Helio X30 and will cost CNY1,999 (roughly $290), the second device will supposedly sport the latest flagship processor Snapdragon 835 from Qualcomm and will be priced at CNY2499 (roughly $360). The third option will also come with Qualcomm’s latest chipset but will have dual-edge curved display (similar to Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) and is going to sell for CNY2999/$434.

The Xiaomi Mi6 is supposed to be announced at MWC in Barcelona next month. We all are waiting for company’s VP Hugo Barra to show it live on stage.
