Realme 9i 5G mobile was launched on 18th August 2022 with a price tag of Rs14,999. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor. It comes with 4GB, 6GB of RAM and packs 64GB, 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 1024GB) with a dedicated slot.
The phone comes with a 90 Hz refresh rate 6.60-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels (FHD+). The smartphone runs on Android 12 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. In terms of connectivity Realme 9i 5G include Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.20, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India) , and 5G. In addition to the connectivity the sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor.
The Realme 9i 5G on the rear packs a 50-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture. It runs on Realme UI 3.0 is based on Android 12.
Sports dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. Realme 9i 5G was launched in three colors – Metallica Gold, Rocking Black, and Soulful Blue. Although, the dimensions are 164.4 x 75.1 x 8.1 mm (6.47 x 2.96 x 0.32 in) it weighs only 187gm.
