Low budget Realme 10 4G launch date confirmed

Realme has confirmed the launch of its low-budget Realme 10 4G smartphone in India on January 9th.

The smartphone features a 6.4-inch AMOLED display protected by Gorilla Glass 5 with FHD+ (1080p) resolution with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The Realme 10 4G is powered by the Helio G99 SoC processor and runs Android-12 based Realme UI 3.0.

The smartphone comes with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage, however, it is still unclear which memory option will be available in India. The RAM can be expanded up to 4GB as virtual RAM using the smartphone’s RAM Plus feature.

The details of the cameras are still unclear but device is expected to feature dual camera setup at the back with 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The smartphone is packed with 5,000mAh battery with 33W wired fast charging support.

The Realme 10 weighs only 178g and measure 7.95mm in thickness. In terms of design it resembles the Realme 10 Pro and Realme 10 Pro+. The design scheme is being called “light particle”.

Connectivity options on the Realme 10 4G include Wi-Fi, GPS, and USB Type-C. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and compass/ magnetometer.
