Clinton v Trump: First Presidential Debate on Monday
The first Presidential Debate will take place on September 26 i.e. on Monday at Hofstra University, Hempstead in New York. It’s gonna be a tough war between Clinton and Trump for the seat of President as at some points Clinton is leading Trump and vice-versa.
However, going through all the campaigns and polls it’s clear that Trump is overtaking Clinton. He is not only leading Clinton in some polls but he also wiped off Clinton in a Democratic Convention held in Philadelphia.
“I am going to do my very best to communicate as clearly and fearlessly as I can in the face of the insults and the attacks and the bullying and the bigotry that we have seen coming from my opponent,” said Clinton on a TV show.
The first debate is expected to drive off millions of viewers. Talking more about the candidates, both the nominees totally differ from each other. Clinton have different thoughts, issues, and manifesto while Trump has his own lead. But it will be interesting to see how they will conduct themselves and deal with each other in the upcoming debate on Monday.
As Clinton said, she will be ready for all the Trump’s insults. Clinton’s campaign aides said that she is all set to face multiple kinds of Trumps. On the other hand, Trump can also be seen preparing but in his own way. For Trump, being Trump will be enough for the debate.
The first debate will consist of six 15-minutes time segments. Each topic will be given 15-minutes. The topics list are expected to include Achieving Prosperity, Securing America, and America’s Direction.
Dates and venues for all three Presidential Debates have been announced. The first debate is on Monday as stated above. The second debate is going to be held on October 9 at Washington University in St. Louis and the third one on October 19 at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
