Vodafone has now introduced another set of plans for its postpaid customers. The telecom operator is calling it Vodafone Red Postpaid plans which will provide free unlimited calls to any network across the country. The company has launched the plans across the country apart from MPCG, AP&T, Bihar & Jharkhand, Jammu & Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh. As you already know, a telecom war is up in the country because of Reliance Jio which is currently offering unlimited free data and calling services till March 31.
Not wasting more of your time, the new Red postpaid plans starts as low as Rs. 499 per month followed by Rs. 699, Rs. 999, Rs. 1299, Rs. 1699, and Rs. 1999. All plan offers unlimited calling to any network across the country, free Vodafone Play subscription, packs 100 free local and STD messages, and free national roaming incoming.
Let’s start with Rs. 499 plan, it has been packed with free unlimited calling (local + STD), 3GB data for 4G devices and 1GB for non-4G. While Rs. 699 plan offers 2.5GB of 3G data and 5GB for 4G users with unlimited calling on any network. Rs. 999 Red plan offers unlimited calling and 8GB of 4G data (5GB for non-4G users). When on roaming, standard rates will be applied on outgoing calls.
Talking about the higher denomination Red plans, Rs. 1299 postpaid plan will offer unlimited local/ STD calling minutes and free outgoing on national roaming, and 12GB 4G data (8GB 3G). Rs. 1699 plans offers 20GB 4G data (16GB non-4G) while Rs. 1999 is packed with unlimited calls just like Rs. 1299 and Rs. 1699 plans and offers 24GB of 4G data (20GB 3G).
In few circles, Vodafone has also listed Rs. 2999 Red postpaid plan which will offer 4G data up to 40GB (30GB non-4G). The pack also includes free unlimited local/ STD calling with free incoming and outgoing on national roaming.
