All the G7 nations held a virtual meeting on Wednesday and agreed that China is spreading ‘disinformation’ about the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Group of Seven (G7) discussed the ‘disinformation campaign’ that Chinese authorities are intentionally engaged in to try and deflect from what has really taken place, told Mike Pompeo, U.S. Secretary of State.

To fight the new COVID-19 Coronavirus, the world needed accurate information on the outbreak from Beijing, he added. “This is a continuing challenge and we still need good information from the Chinese Communist Party about what is taking place there.”

“Every one of the nations that were at that meeting this morning was deeply aware of the disinformation campaign that the Chinese Communist Party is engaged in to try and deflect from what has really taken place,” said Mike Pompeo.

Pompeo again referred the deadly Coronavirus as ‘Wuhan Virus’.
