Nokia has launched its latest budget-friendly, entry-level smartphone named Nokia C31 for the Indian smartphone market. It is now available at Nokia stores and authorized retail chains across India at a starting price of Rs. 9,999.
The above-mentioned price is for the lower 3GB/32GB storage variant while the higher storage model with 4GB/64GB configuration will cost Rs. 10,999. The smartphone will soon be made available via e-commerce stores online. Nokia C31 comes in three color options- Charcoal, Cyan, and Mint.
The smartphone sports a 6.74-inch HD+ (1600×700 pixels) 2.5D display with 2.5D tough glass and comes with IP52 water-resistant rating. It features a 5050mAh battery with 10W micro-USB charging support.
The Nokia C31 is powered by an octa-core (4*A55 1.6GHz + 4*A53 1.2GHz) processor, coupled with up to 4GB of RAM. It comes with up to 64GB of internal storage and runs on Android 12 OS.
For optics, it features a Google-powered triple-camera unit- a 13MP (autofocus) primary sensor + 2MP depth (fixed focus) sensor + 2 MP macro (fixed focus) sensor. The rear camera setup comes paired with an LED flash. On the front, it features a 5MP selfie snapper. The HMD Global-owned company claims that the cameras deliver good-quality photos in all lighting conditions.
In terms of connectivity, it includes a 3.5mm audio jack, dual-SIM slots (Nano), a microSD card slot, Bluetooth v4.2, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, MicroUSB 2.0, and a fingerprint sensor on the back.
