The smartphone carries a price tag of Rs. 11,999 for the only storage variant- 4GB RAM/ 64GB of internal storage. It is up for sale via Flipkart in three color options- Blaster Green, Racing Black, and Space Blue.
As of December 9, 2022, launch offers include a 10% up to Rs. 1500 instant discount on Federal Bank debit cards, a No Cost EMIs offer on all major banks, and 5% cashback on Flipkart Axis Bank credit cards.

Infinix Hot 20 5G sports a 6.6-inch FHD+ (1080×2408 pixels) IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, up to 500 nits brightness, 1500:1 color contrast ratio, and 20.5:9 aspect ratio. The display comes with Panda Glass protection and supports Eye Care mode.
The device is powered by a 2.4GHz MediaTek Dimensity octa-core chipset that comes coupled with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The phone also supports up to 7GB of RAM expansion in form of virtual RAM through a feature called Memfusion RAM. The 64GB of internal storage supports expansion up to 1TB via microSD card. The SIM tray supports two Nano SIMs and has a dedicated slot for the microSD card.
In terms of optics, the smartphone includes a 50MP (f/1.6 aperture) primary sensor accompanied by an AI lens. The AI dual camera unit on the rear comes with dual LED flash and supports camera modes- Super Night, portrait, AI HDR, AI 3D beauty, panorama, slo-mo video, time-lapse, short video, and 2K video recording with bokeh.
