On November 15, 2017, Gionee launched Gionee M7 Power in India that packs massive 5000mAh battery and has been priced at Rs. 16,999. M7 Power was first launched in China in September this year alongside Gionee M7.
It will go on sale via Amazon India from November 25, pre-order starts November 17th 5 PM onwards. The smartphone will be made available in three color options- Gold, Black, and Blue. As for the launch offers, Reliance Jio users can avail 10GB extra data on buying Gionee M7 Power for up to 10 recharges when you recharge with Rs. 309 or above. Coming to the specifications, Gionee M7 Power sports 6-inch HD+ (720×1440 pixels) FullView IPS LCD display with an 18:9 aspect ratio which comes protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top. It is powered by a 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 octa-core SoC paired with Adreno 505 GPU and 4GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded further up to 256GB via microSD card.
The smartphone features a 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, autofocus, touch focus, HDR, panorama, face detection, and LED flash. While on the front side, it sports 8MP fixed focus selfies camera with f/2.2 aperture.
Gionee M7 Power comes with App Clone feature that lets you make clones of apps installed on your smartphone. It’s a dual SIM (Nano) smartphone that comes packed with 5000mAh non-removable battery rated to deliver 56 hours of talk time and up to 625 hours of standby time. It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat and sports fingerprint sensor on the rear side.
Connectivity options on board Gionee M7 Power include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS/ A-GPS/ GLONASS, FM Radio, Micro USB port, 3.5mm audio jack, and supports USB OTG. Sensors on the smartphone include proximity, accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, and magnetometer.
