ZTE’s Nubia has launched an all-new smartphone called ZTE Nubia N3 in China, company’s home market, as of now. ZTE may or may not launch the device in other international markets as there is no announcement on that matter.
The smartphone which is the successor to Nubia N2 is scheduled to go on sale in China on March 24 in Obsidian Black, Nebula Red, and Space Gold color options. The price is not yet revealed but we do know its specifications, thanks to GizChina.
ZTE Nubia N3 sports 5.99-inch FHD+ (2160×1440 pixels) IPS display with 16:9 (not sure) display ratio and thin top and bottom bezels with no physical navigation buttons. It is powered by a 2.0GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core 625 SoC paired with Adreno 506 GPU and 4GB of RAM.
It comes with 64GB onboard storage expandable up to 128GB via MicroSD card and runs Android 7.1 Nougat based Nubia UI. In terms of camera, the smartphone features dual rear camera setup and on the front sise, it features 16MP selfie camera. There is also a fingerprint sensor mounted on the rear side and for the first time, Nubia has integrated its voice control feature that let users explore the device using their voice.
It’s a dual SIM (Nano) smartphone that supports hybrid configuration meaning Nano + Nano or Nano + MicroSD. It comes packed with 5000mAh battery and supports NeoPower 3.0 fast charging (up to 18W) technology. Connectivity options onboard ZTE Nubia N3 include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS/ GLONASS, USB Type-C port, and 3.5mm audio jack. Sensors on the smartphone include proximity, accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, and magnetometer.
